This little massage toy is absolutely fantastic for sore muscles and knotted muscles. It’s wide enough that it can’t dig in and hurt, it’s easy to hold, and it doesn’t pull hair. Also easy to clean, but you don’t need massage oil for it, so it stays cleaner longer than some others. Works well over clothes or on skin.

Much better than the âball on the wallâ trick. Itâs easy to handle and use the right amount of pressure on sore muscles and joints. I keep mine on the coffee table to use while watching TV in the evenings. Itâs so smooth I can even use it on my knees.
