I had this chair for about a month and the 2 kneading knobs for the upper back broke in half. I canât get in touch with anyone. The contact number is disconnected. Canât find parts anywhere either. What a waist of money.

This chair is so relaxing. You do have to get used to the “squeezing”, but it’s amazing once you do. I cannot say enough good things! It is a larger piece of furniture so check measurements.

Unfortunately the warranty is up. Just in time for it to malfunction. The heat pads would not turn off. I had to disconnect them so it wouldnât overheat and catch fire while my family slept. Then in the middle of a massage, zero gravity position, it just stopped. I had to climb out of the chair. The power cord is fine, but something is wonky with the inner power source. I do agree with the other reviews, the rollers hit the bone and can be painful. I used a thin cushion to soften the blows. Now Iâm stuck with a non working massage chair that canât be sat in because itâs stuck in the zero gravity position. Iâm so upset and disappointed.

Bought product , after 1 year developed problems with rollers on S frame Back Massage cracked, all of them. Poor Quality , contacted the Company listed on the manual and wanted to obtain new rollers but they continued to say this was not their poduct and Amazon was at fault. Got a continued Run A Round, No one would cover warranty or tell me where to obtain parts . Very poor customer service, very poor quality. DO NOT BUY.

The written description matched my expectations perfectly. The video clip showed vibration. This chair doesnât have that. For the money, itâs been a wonderful âspendâ for us.

There is two balls that hit right on your shoulder blades and it doesnât feel good, there is two balls on the feet massage portion that hurts really bad. We have to put a blanket over the top off our chair to even tolerate the massage chair. We missed our window to return. Hope this helps the next buyer.

I have had this chair almost a year now. Thought I would share what I have found out about the chair. It’s not built for anyone taller then 6ft. It’s also not built for anyone who has a wide stance, like rides a motorcycle wide. The calf compression cups are of decent quality I appreciate the time when I can get my 20 inch calf into the unit. The control panel is in probably one of the worst places to put it. If I put my arms where they go then I have to rock around to get them in position as the machine starts the process. My shoulders are wide enough that often I’ll just rest them above the arm rests. Then the other parts of the control panel is that it won’t actually do anything but use the power on button and that puts the chair into full demonstration mode. So you have to power the thing on then turn off foot massage then turn off air compression then turn on heat then lower back only then if you like add aircompression because by leaving it on it glitches some how turning off feet and adding heat. And then the fact that you can’t just use this pad in the dark unless you memorized the locations because it has no back light. The last part of the control panel I’d like to point out is that there is no dual user functionality or even just single user favorites settings that can be chosen.
