I spend a lot of time standing on my feet and for the past few months my legs have felt sore and achey by the end of the day. I figured I would try out this product because the thought of massage plus heat sounded wonderful. Iâve been using it every day since I received it and Iâm so happy I took a chance on this purchase.The âmassageâ is actually an air compression, which is great because it helps with circulation and soreness. The heat is an added bonus.The zippers make it easy to get in and out of and there are three modes to choose from. Iâve alternated between them each day.There are also three strengths you can choose from for both the compression and the heat. I always have my heat at max strength. Itâs not too hot, but for me itâs the perfect amount to soothe my tired legs. Itâs also an added bonus in the chilly winter. As for compression I usually use the middle setting. The max level is pretty hefty compression in my opinion, and I did use it on my worst day, but otherwise it might be a little too much. I love that there are options!!I feel better when the cycle is finished and I have been waking up with legs that donât bother me. Previously, when I woke up, I could still feel the ache and fatigue in my legs from the day before.I would definitely recommend this to anyone who spends a lot of time standing, or even if you just need the occasional extra help to soothe sore, tired, and achey legs.

Edit 2: the seller helped me troubleshoot. I wasnât seating the hoses in tight enough. Once I got that fixed, the unit went back to working great like it was before. Also I have another one and Iâm finding that I really prefer the zippers on this unit as opposed to full leg Velcro styles.Edit: I think the hoses stopped working after about six weeks. Changing the rating to one star because it doesn’t work if the hoses are leaking air. Giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because the right thigh portion is super finicky with the compression. I can slap the left one on any old way and it works every single time but the right one has to be just so and I end up having to adjust it multiple times to get it to function properly. Aside from that annoyance, these boots are so awesome. They work as described with the compression, massage, and heat and they feel so freaking good on my legs. They are easy to put on and take off. And I look forward to my daily sessions with them, even when I do have to readjust the right thigh part a few times before it will work correctly.

My fiancé and I regularly go for long runs and bike rides (she does triathlons, I just tag along for her training) and this has been perfect for after workout recovery and general maintenance. It’s a fraction of the cost of alternative products and still has really great heat and compression you’d want out of a product like this. The max strength is pretty intense but I like that for recovery. I also really like that this one goes all the way up to the thigh but it has a break in between so you can bend your knees if needed. Lastly, it all folds up really nicely into a small bag which makes it super convenient to store! Highly recommend.
