UPDATEThe bar for the headrest is bent. The headrest does not stay secure which is a liability for me. Please consider exchanging. Itâs been less than two months since I purchased it.UPDATE The company replaced the faulty headrest. I had to pay $15.00 for shipping. The new one is works perfectly.

The bench is well made and easy to put together. The face cushion could have been better quality, my face came in contact with the metal frame no matter how I adjusted it. The fix was for the cushion was simple. I ordered one of those neck cushions you use on an airplane and a little Velcro. The airport cushion also had a much more pleasant surface versus the vinyl one that came with the bench. All in all a good purchase.

The chair poked two holes through the bag within a month. The chair was wobbly during massages. Within 6 months the leg rest snapped and the metal was bent. Do not recommend in you do chair events often.

We needed a comfortable, foldable chair that didnât take up much storage space. This chair is all that and very well made. Definitely recommended.

Iâll start off with the good. The chair has good cushion and I really like that. However, the bag strap was already unraveling from the âhemâ the part where you adjust the strap as soon as I put the strap on my shoulder. It popped right off and the chair inside of the bag hit the floor. Thankfully my chair was still in tack but now I have to carry the chair by the bag. Was very disappointed as I was at an event when this happened while carrying other things. So embarrassing. Didnât even have this item for an entire 24 hours. Now I have to find another carrying bag.
