A friend recommended hot stones for menstrual cramps. This is a super cool little kit.And has provided me much relief.The Stones have good weight to them. Also smooth and feel nice against my skin.The durable, compact case heats them up fast. The stones maintain There heat for about 10 minutes. I especially like the tiny ones for in between the toes or cold to smooth, massage and detoxify my face. So relaxing!Different sized stones are very helpful. The smallest ones do well on my shoulders and the biggest work wonders for my cramps.Highly recommend.

They do what they’re supposed to… they get really hot… it’s just better if you have someone to massage your back with them. I also wish the case had an ON and OFF switch because you have to plug it in and plug it out, to turn it on and off.

This 18 piece stone set comes in their own case.The stones come in 4 different sizes.Theyâre smooth to touch.The case plugs in to heat the stones.A very short time for the stones to heat up(approximately 10 minutes).A great buy!

These hot massage stones are perfect for soothing what ails ya! I get occasional back pain and putting these hot puppies on your back is wonderful for relieving pain and just general soothing relaxation. They were super easy to use as soon as I opened them.

This is a nice hot stone set. It comes with a self heating briefcase which is cool. I wish this briefcase had a temperature control so you know how hot your stones are at every point in time. It is literally a guessing game if you get burnt or of you need to warm them more or they are heated just perfect for use. I also wish it came with some more instructions. I experienced hot stone massage in a salon, so with this being my first time trying it at home I could have used more instructions. Overall happy with the purchase. A nice toy to spoil yourself or your partner.
