I have now had this for 10 months at first it was the very best massager I have ever thrown my wallet at. However now it will not hold a charge or massage for more then a few seconds. The mechanism to close it seems to get stuck. It over heats. I am so sad and disappointed I had hoped it would last for years not months. Due to durability alone I have to rate it one star and encourage you to find a different product.

I was happy I purchased for my wife who is an RN for Christmas. She opened it we charged and followed instructions, but it never would turn on.

This is a great massager but we have run into a small issue. The rubber part that holds the large ball attachment will no longer hold tight and the attachment falls out of the massager when running. We would have given it 5 stars if this had not happened. The massager works well on sore muscles when it is working correctly.

We had an issue with our charger , it wasnât charging any more . We contacted there support page via email as instructed . They responded surprisingly fast and worked hard to determine an issue . They honored the defect charger and sent a replacement . Had been the best experience I have had with any customer service team!! Highly recommended
