These stones warm up surprisingly quickly to be ready to use. For me, I find they are ready in about 10 minutes. I generally like the temperature no warmer than about 145F, so itâs a bit quicker for me. The maximum 160F temperature is perfect. The stones feel so smooth to touch and glide effortlessly over skin. They are nice for active massage as well as passive warmth. They really do retain heat well. With the number of stones in the case and how long they stay warm, I havenât yet run out of stones for my needs. The case holds in heat well so I donât have to worry about anyone touching the outside of the case when itâs warming. I think it is a nice set, good for home use.

This is a treatment I would expect at a top spa, but itâs affordable in the privacy of my own house. It is easy to store it too. The stones heat to 180 degrees in about 20 minutes, but I found that 180 degrees was a bit too warm for me. I solved that by slipping on a flannel shirt and still enjoyed the targeted heat on my back – from my neck to my hips. With fibromyalgia, there are pain points and the stones at 140 degrees were literally my sweet-spot-hot-spots to easy my pain. For my sensitive skin, this temperature felt great. The stones are smooth and glide over the skin with no oils or lotions in you have someone to massage the stone on you.. The unit is compact and portable and stores easily.

Love getting a hot stone massage and now Iâm able to have one at home! Really easy to set up and you can select the temperature the stones get to. Stones are smooth and have a nice weight to them and like that there are different sizes to choose from. Am able to use them as heat relief on my muscles to help when sore, tight or in pain etc. or have my partner use them as part of a massage.
