There are days that I get in this thing twice it’s so nice!!!Bottom line, if you can afford it, buy it! You will super glad you did!!!Before you buy it though, call the Real Relax company in Ontario, CA to get the warranty info & need to know stuff addressed before you buy (always a good rule for a large purchase).I have literally nothing negative to say about this chair, it is fantastic and so are the people who work at Real Relax in Ontario!!! ð¤

This chair is functional and good looking. But could have been better. i.e. neck massager, calf massager. It uses airbags to compress instead of massage rollers. The SL track seems a bit short. The foot rollers are a nice feature

Amazon is unable to deliver and setup in room of choice. Chair weighs 175 pounds. Good luck getting it into your house. Had to return it. Called Amazon 4 times before initiating return.

I like this model so far. I’ve had 2 other Real Relax chairs (favor 4 and Favor 6) The favor 6 started making noise so I called customer service and to avoid shipping the chair back they compensated me instead. So I decided to keep the chair. I gave the favor 6 to my daughter and bought a Favor 7. I like how you can control the chair with an Iphone app. I’m happy with it so far. The cushions are much umproved from their previous version chairs

I had seen a similar product at my parents house and it looked like something I could use. I searched on Amazon and found this. This product seemed like just what I was looking for. It has a cheap price so I wouldnât worry about spending so much. This product arrived safely packed and in excellent condition. This product provided excellent comfort for me and my family. It fitted so well and was also very lightweight. It was so easy to use. I am so happy with my purchase so far. It has been a great help, lightweight, durable, and great quality too.
