I had to share my experience with the Snailax massage chair because it exceeded all my expectations. I previously owned the older version and was thoroughly impressed with the upgrades in the newer model, particularly its ability to provide a comprehensive massage for both the back and neck. One standout feature for me was the option to target specific areas for focused relief. Dealing with frequent back problems, the adjustable back massage and heat function proved to be a game-changer, allowing me to address my specific areas of discomfort with ease. The control panel is very easy to maneuver and has a user-friendly layout. It offers the flexibility to select the upper back, lower back separately, and neck massages or opt for the full-back option, which combines the upper and lower back for a complete massage experience. Also, having heating capabilities is a great feature. The material is very durable, so I can enjoy it for a long time. 25 de junio de 2024A Shiatsu pad that massages deep and firm enough to give relief, but not so much to be painful!
With Shiatsu massaging pads and devices I have used in the past, I found it difficult to find one that gave you the right balance between being firm enough where you felt actual relief ,without being painful, where you find yourself grimacing between your teeth! For me, this massaging pad finds that perfect balance.Another really positive feature for me is that many pads are uncomfortable or even painful to sit or lie on when they are turned off. They can be very hard, or even stick into your back where the rollers are. This pad does not do that, so you can sit on the pad, running it for 15 minutes, and when it turns off, still remain seated there for a few minutes and then turn it back on again. You are not rushing to get up and move to another chair due to it being uncomfortable to sit on.I have also found that previous massaging pads I have owned were never high enough for the neck massager portion to actually reach my neck. This pad is taller and does reach. I am 5’11” tall.The one thing I do not care for is that when you have it set to “Spot” massaging, it does not just run continuously. It runs for 2 seconds and then stops. A fraction of a second later, it runs again for 2 seconds and stops, and so forth. So when you are attempting to relax, this becomes irritating.I had the opportunity to deal with Snailax customer service on a previous product, and i have found them to be very responsive, and focused on customer service. I would recommend this product as well as Snailax as a reputable company to deal with.

25 de junio de 2024I have long suffered from a stiff back and pain in the neck. Had previously had a very basic back shiatsu back massager from another company which had packed up after a few years good use. Looked at all the makes and types available and liked the options and styling of this particular massager from Snailax.I use if on my study chair, often whist working at the computer. It is a perfect for for me (179cm/ 85Kg) and the neck massager adjustment means I can hit the “spot” perfectly in my neck. I prefer to use the padded detachable covers that come as standard for just a little extra padding which provides more than enough pressure to suit me. After a couple of weeks regular use I am already feeling the benefits, particularly in my lower back. The neck unit is a real treat, but I have to recline back (so not whilst using the computer) to get the best benefit, so it provides 15 minutes of “chill-time” where I cannot be tempted to use the keyboard.The controller is very easy to use and has a number of great options including pre-set timers, a spot massage selector (particularly useful) and vibration intensity selector for the seat pad. My only suggestion to Snailax would be to consider some sort of backlighting to the buttons, as in the dark it is annoying to have to use the phone torch to see for changing settings, but this really is a small matter although one I would have been willing to pay an extra £10-20 for. This is the reason I gave the remote control only 4 stars.The seat itself exudes quality, and looks good too. Personally I find it perfectly comfortable to sit on at my desk, even when not using the functions. It is now a permanent fixture on my study chair.This is a true 5 star product. I love it and would recommend it if, like me, you suffer from back or neck niggles.

25 de junio de 2024After years of lower back pain, and having my wife massage oil into the spot to relieve the tension, finally an outstanding product comes along and solves the issue almost immediately.It’s hard to explain the joy and comfort of just sitting on the sofa watching TV or reading a book whilst this amazing product carries out it’s 15 minutes of relief.As for the heat facility, well that’s something else.I can honestly say that this is a product that I can 100% endorse.
