Overall the massager is really good. I feel like it does get in there and it can also be used anywhere besides your back and neck. The heat doesnât really work. You can barely feel it. Overall tho it doesnât feel bad itâs pretty good. It really did help after a long day.

I’ve tried a bunch of massagers and while many are quite good, this one is my favorite. It’s not wireless, but it feels amazing on my neck/shoulders/back. Can also work for just about anywhere on the body and is a better all rounder than the more expensive massage gun I used to own.

Honestly, it was a great product! The only issue I had was that it stopped working a few months into owning it. Customer service was fantastic and super quick to work with. Their solutions were amenable. I would definitely order from them again!

I have used it twice. The next morning my neck is sore and down my back. I was wondering if anyone else has had this to happen? It feels wonderful though but it is causing my body to be sore.

I ordered one for him as a gift the adjustable settings for pressure and heat make this a very affordable awesome little unit will definitely buy another one as a gift. Bonus is that itâs electric and also came with a charger to use in my vehicle. Should I want to use on long trips as a passenger very easy lightweight

I have been suffering with a trapped nerve in my neck which is causing my muscles to tighten, this brilliant machine gives a nice massage and I can feel the tension leaving my neck and shoulders, the added heat just adds to the relaxing feeling during the massage.
