it works and works well. my upper back hurt so bad it hurt to breathe. I had pains across the front of my chest. 2 days for a few hours each night and my back muscles are hurting much less from being tight and the heat feels so good! it hurts good (like the day after a good professional massage). go easy the first few times. I see many complain about it hurting them. it does go deep, but you can control how much pressure you put on it in a seated position. I even tried it on my legs and feet. I am very glad i tried this before scheduling a few massage sessionsmy only CON is i wish the ON/OFF button was on the cord so i did not have to readjust each time it shuts off lol

Iâve bought several massagers over the years and this one is GREAT! It really does a deep massage and can tolerate more pressure than other massagers that Iâve had. My dad tried it out and ordered one for himself!It is durable, well-made, and worth the money. Shipping and packaging was good as well.I highly recommend!

Given what I’ve seen for reviews, I felt it would be good to write something more detailed to give people a better idea of how this product works along with usage tips. This is going to be a bit lengthy but want to be sure I get more information out there. I feel this may be why there is such variance in reviews, i.e. some think it’s amazing and some think it’s awful.There are points that people DO NOT mention or clarify in their reviews that are very relevant to product experience, which I will denote:1. Body type: massage machines may or may not work for you depending on your build. I’m 5’6″ and rather fluffy. If you are on the extremes of slim or large frame, this may not work well for you, because of where the massage balls are as they may have a hard time hitting spots you need. For my build, it works decently.2. Durability: will see if I have to eat my words, but when people complained “this broke so fast” they did not mention how many times and for what duration they were using the product. The manual specifically says 20 minute sessions (it will auto power down) and that you should rest 30 minutes between uses.Not just your body, but the machine probably needs time to cool down and rest too. This is a mechanical product, so if people are doing back-to-back marathon sessions without regard for this, you’re probably going to break your product prematurely.3. Experience/Ease of Use: I have had a number of professional massages actually. I did not go into this expecting the machine is going to be as good as a professional……maybe those multi-thousand dollar chairs do, but this is not that. The balls are in a fixed position and do have limited motion, as they only rotate clockwise/counterclockwise; they do not go up/down in a vertical plane. Therefore, in order to get the best out of it, you are not really going to be able to just lie there and not do anything, which was a complaint I noted. You’re going to have to get a little interactive with the product.It doesn’t advertise it, but glutes are doable too lying down (good to help with low back issues). I’ve been trying, but it does foot poorly: I’ll try to plant my feet, but the balls just keep moving them. I can’t keep them stable while getting the balls to massage where I need (size 8 women’s foot). Neck does seem to be a little tricky, you have to get the right height and then bend/rotate neck, but it’s doable.4. Heat: my unit seems to heat up nicely; it get to a kind of comforting toastiness. It is not going to be a dragon breathing fire down your back, but it gets more than warm enough to penetrate the muscles and help prepare them for massage.UPDATE 4/6/24: This unit is still working well! For a brief period, it seemed like the light/heat wasn’t working on one side but seemed to fix itself. I haven’t been using this as much as I used to but remains helpful when I do. I actually now tend to use the product lying down to unkink my back before bed; as I stated, you’re still going to have to move the product around but works fine sitting or lying down. Given the value/price–and continued durability–could probably upgrade this to a 4.5 star

Update:After about 8 months, the unit stopped working. It was still getting power, but it was like the gears inside had gotten bound up. I contacted them through the Amazon contact utility during Prime Week, but there was no answer. I always try to not presume, I’m sure they were busy that week, and I know that utilities that connect to other utilities are prone to error, so I was happy to try again a different way and later.The next week I contacted them through their website and I had a reply the next day. They responded to the claim quickly and without question, and didn’t need to send in a video or anything. Maybe it’s a known problem that are just trying to clear or something, but I’ve usually had companies at least want to see proof of a problem.Within a week, I had a UPS shipment from them from the west coast to the east coast, along with a return label. I sent this back to them the next day. Overall, it was one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had recently.********************The power of this thing is amazing. I’ve literally sat on this and my weight isn’t enough to stall it. Be sure to keep it in its sleeve though, as this will keep body parts from becoming wedged between the rotating balls. The heat from it is also very substantial, though it takes a while to get up to temp.I haven’t timed it yet but it does automatically shut off if you leave it on long enough.Also nice on this is that it comes with a 12v power cord to stick into a car cigarette lighter for travel purposes. My wife loves this feature and we get about 50% additional miles before she needs to get out and stretch.

My acupuncturist had one of these on a chair in her waiting room⦠of course I had to try it! I loved the gentle rolling massage action and heat on my lower back, and decided to buy one. That was 4 years ago. Iâve used it mostly at night on my abdomen. Itâs incredibly relaxing. Recently, it suddenly stopped working, so I reached out to customer service to sort out why. I used Amazon Messaging to contact them, and they responded quickly. They thought it might be the cord and asked me try again using the car adapter – it didnât work their either. When I wrote back to let them know what happened, they responded again saying they wanted to evaluate the unit, and invited me to send it back in exchange for a new one. Wow! I didnât expect that after 4 years of use. Talk about a company standing by their product! What a pleasant surprise! And the new one, like the old one did for 4 solid years, works beautifully! Thank you Zyllion for your amazing customer service!

22 de junio de 2024This is my first massager and wish I would have bought it sooner. It feels wonderful on my sore lower back and SI joint area. It isnât overly hot but enough to sooth the area while the magic âfingersâ do their job. Have used it almost daily for the last 2 weeks since it was delivered. I tried it on my neck once but couldnât seem to get the proper angle for it to work. Although it wonât fix my back issue, it is certainly worth the money (got it on deal) for the relief it provides to me.
