The set of hot rocks arrived promptly but with one medium sized rock damaged. I was able to take a picture of it and contact the seller, and they immediately apologized and refunded $5 back to my account.We are loving the function of the hot rocks. The case works well to heat them up. There is a slight odor to the metal box as it heats, but it quickly dissipates as the box cools. We use a small amount of almond oil on the rocks to help them glide gently across skin. They feel wonderful after a long hard day!

I tried it and I like it. The hot rocks relieve pain temporarily (for hours). I thought they might be too hot but I pick them up with a towel and put the rocks between my toes and under my feet after they are cool enough that they won’t burn. I only have to wait about 5 minutes for them to cool off. Heating takes about 30 minutes but I have heated them longer when I am too busy doing something else to get them off of the heating element. Either way, it worked out. I love these because I need the comfort!

I am loving these rocks. Great quality, holds their heat BUT the heating element gets way too hot and the rocks can burn if not cooled down first. I had to put a towel in the case to prevent this from happening cuz you canât put the hot rocks on a massage table or surface to cool while giving a massage. They are still a great buy and totally worth the price. Three stars because of the heating element.

unfortunately im here to inform you that one side of the box gets unusually hot.the rocks get too hot for use so it’s challenging to gauge when I can or should use them without being responsible for burning myself or someone else…kind of annoyed that there’s this whole colorful picture on the other side of the box of a woman smiling, laying on her stomach with these stones on her back…. I thought…. I’ll have to cover that somehow…. But instead of going through the trouble of vandalizing or improving the box, I would just return it all together, mainly for the other reasons mentioned.my last note on this isthere’s an entire electrical chord that just hangs out of the box – so you as the owner have to determine how you’re going to deal with this long chord that makes a tail for your box….. do you wrap the chord around the handle? Use a rubber band and bunch it up? The part where there’s an electrical chord just hanging out without any provisioning, makes owning the box ANNOYING. If there was even a sleeve that was attached to the handle that I could slip the chord into, or some small but dedicated compartment for the electrical chord to live, I would’ve accepted the weird design….Finally, I think, this concept could be further considered and improved upon as there are many flaws that make a consumer not want to keep it.

I used this on my lady and she love it. Nothing like a heated stone massage. It comes in a very nice suitcase which heats up the stones. Easy Peasy to use and it feels so good.

I like that the set was well packaged; the variety of stones, and the gentle heat the from the stones is soothing and provides relief from my back pain. The smaller stones are a bonus.

23 de junio de 2024The case and stones are well done and finished, and the case heats them up fast. I don’t know if it reaches 60 degrees but it’s good. My only suggestion is to have a switch turning on/off instead of plugging/unplugging from the outlet.
