These stones are a great addition to my massages. My husband heats them up and uses them on my back when I’m struggling with sore muscles. My shoulders tend to get very tense so the heat these stones provide are a great relief. They hold the heat very well and are easy to heat up. There were no instructions included and the packaging wasn’t great but you can find instructions online and I just found a container big enough to keep them in. Overall, these are great little stones.

They’re ok. I brought them because I thought they would be more round but they’re the original flat rocks. I seen them way cheaper than this.

These stones feel incredible. Theyâre pretty straight forward and easy to use. I used a damp towel and microwave to first try them out. I do wish there was better direction on heating temperatures and time frames for beginners like my self. (Like how long to boil or microwave with a damp towel). I started off with 30 seconds in the microwave with a damp towel and although the stones were warm they cooled quickly. So my second attempt I did a minute in microwave with a damp towel and the stone were very warm (almost hot) and had water droplets on them. They also maintained their heat a lot longer than when I warmed them for 30 seconds. They didnât burn my skin or anything but, they did feel very warm almost hot to the touch.The stones felt incredible. The soothing heat helped so much with my muscle tightness and aches in my neck and shoulders. Iâve had a migraine all day and once I started using these stone theyâve actually been helping to ease my migraine as well. (Not so much with my nausea side effect from my migraine though).This is my first experience with massage stones like these and I am LOVING them! Theyâre so easy to use and feel incredibly relaxing and soothing. When heated properly and to the right temperature the heat really last and is very effective with my muscle aches and soreness. Since the stones have a nice rounded edge I even enjoyed using them to massage my neck muscles.These stones are fantastic and I am very happy with how effective they are! Would absolutely highly recommend!

These little stones definitely added some oomph to my and my fiancé’s spa nights. I really love getting massages, and was excited to try these out. They work great! Easy to heat up in the microwave, just be sure to follow the directions on the product page (no instructions came with, which is a little annoying, but easy to find online) and keep it to the recommended temperature. These are a great price and I’d definitely recommend!

I love these stones! They are pleasing in every way. They are smooth and rounded, easy and comforting to hold in your hand; weighty and substantial and JUST the right size for comfortable use. They arrived in a nice package.BUT they came with NO instructions at all anywhere inside or outside the package. Perhaps it was just an oversight with my individual package? It was simple enough to go back to the Amazon product page and find the instructions there, but I would worry about those not familiar with the use of heated massage stonesâ burn potential, or other issues with heating them up and handling them safely and properly.These are a wonderful product and very useful. Along with their advertised use as warm massage stones, I am using them as hand warmersâ soak them in hot water for a few minutes, then CAREFULLY remove them from the hot water, dry them and slip one into each coat pocket. The result is hand warmers even BETTER than the newfangled rechargeable hand warmers that are all the rage right now!
