It arrived in 2 boxes. 1st box with base arrived in 1 day. 2nd box with both armrests and back arrived the next day. Very easy to put together and everything works great. Very comfortable to sit in and recline. I’m 5’9″ and 310lbs so I was worried but it’s great and I have plenty of room. The only thing I can’t speak on would be how long the quality will last however at this price I really don’t think you will regret it. My advice is to buy it. I didn’t have a tracking number for the 2nd box at first but after an email to the seller they gave me one so you just have to ask for it.

In the realm of âyou get what you pay for,â this chair exceeds expectations, but not by a lot. Appearance is surprisingly good, the leather supple and of decent quality, stitching even, etc. Motor is quiet, seems up to the task. Small things make you realize this is not âfine furniture,â but a well disguised piece of equipment. Chair arms are obviously made of 2×4 forms, covered with leather and topped with a well-padded cushion that on mine is just slightly, if annoyingly, off-center – so that the sharp edge of the 2X4 pinches against slightly an arm or elbow, if your arm is not raised up onto the armrest, but instead is relaxed at your side. Chair was a life-saver for me following back surgery, and allows a wide range of positions. Cord on the heating/vibration unit is substantially shorter than that of the main remote, for no apparent reason; I find the cup holder a good place to rest the control. Pillow is the proper size, not too firm, although smaller people may need some additional support. Seat box is quite large, suitable for a large man; those with shorter legs (me, at 5â6â) may need to prop a pillow behind your back for full lumbar support. Very good value for its price range; better than expected.

I recently purchased a recliner and have a few concerns to share regarding its comfort and functionality.â¦Arm ComfortOne of the main issues is with the armrests. Bought for a friend who can no longer get out of bed on his own. It tips him straight up so he can grab his walker and stand. He reports it is very comfortable. Really good for the price.

I liked the quality of Faux Leather and the ease of assembly. All I had to do is line up the back with the bars, and keep the electric cords of the massager out of the way, and voila! It was even easy to take it out of the box.The chair supposes to support up to 350#, and I am 275. But it seemed to be a bit too small to sit in it. Even my cousin who’s 220# said that it seems to be a bit too small. When I recline the chair, the leg-rest cannot stay up with my legs resting on it. Apparently, the mechanism is not strong enough to hold up. When I try to bring back the chair into the regular sitting position, it took a lot of force to fold back the leg-rest and I have to completely stand up and kick it hard with my foot to get into place. For me, the armrests were a little too low to really be comfortable.
