Update on customer service experience. They offered a replacement to see if that resolves the issue. They were quick to respond, and I will leave feedback again once the replacement is received on how the new chair holds up. (Updated August 7th)Was hoping for a better experience overall. Reached out early on about the massage option only giving two options. The remote offers more but they donât do much other than vibrate. Recently the wheel broke off the base as well after only a few months of use. For the price of the chair I had hoped at least the chair would last, even if the vibrate feature went out.

This arrived on time, well packaged and had all of the required parts for assembly. The instructions are well laid out. The only thing that was a bit tricky was the foot stool that rolls up under the chair when not in use. The instructions shows an obvious solution, but I had to experiment and then redo it when flipping it around so the foot stool portion went completely under the chair as opposed to hanging out 2 inches. It was a 5-10 trial error process that was easily figured out. Great chai and very comfortable!

Itâs a nice comfortable chair. I canât feel the massager as well sitting up vs laying back. I donât think itâs worth 220 but overall I like it and happy with the purchase.

Feels like the front of chair slopes downward a bit and makes for uncomfortable day. Today, the black, round portion of wheel will snap off every time I roll. Itâs not broken, it snaps back on, so Iâm a loss for words. Rated for plus size but I donât weigh near the limIt. Just cheaply made Iâm guessing. Today the left arm broke. Wow. Just wow.ðâ¦and todayâ¦..the right arm broke. Note: if you get this chair, keep the screwdriver that comes with it nearby. ð

I ordered this chair because of it’s features – massage and recliner. It is easy to assemble even by one person.The chair is comfortable and nice looking – good addition to my home office. At first I thought that thigh massage units do not work, but that I discovered that it was not connected. After connection has been established, everything is working fine.
