I am enjoying this chair. This is the second chair like this. I had to send the first one back because of poor design. The thigh vibrators had no padding and they were right at the surface of the seat and cut into the back of my legs. This chair and the prior chair are manufactured by the same manufacturer, even though they are sold under different names. This chair has padding and the thigh vibrators are deeper in the chair. As I use it, it gets more comfortable as it breaks in. It, no doubt, is my forever chair.

Firstly, delivery was very quick. It came in 2 boxes. Instructions for assembling were very simple my teenage son assembled most of it. All we had to do was slide 2 hand rest first then slide in back of seat and attach few wires and put 4 screws on bottom no tools needed. Recliner is super comfy and frame is strong, sturdy and well made. Quality is decent and size is perfect for any living room. It has heat mode, high low intensity, timer and 5 different modes for massage at your finger tip on remote control.It reclines perfectly and for senior citizen who have trouble getting up from sofa this one elevates up high which makes it easy and safe for senior to stand up using button on side. It also has USB port to hook up electronics and charge cell phone. There 2 pockets located on side for magazine which was very thoughtful.I would definitely recommend this recliner sofa chair as its great value and money well spent.

I bought this chair for post op comfort and recovery. It arrived quickly and was attractively made. However, before a month had passed this chair had so many problems. Aside from the vibration and heat function being non-existant, the chair began creaking and groaning during reclining and inclining. A spring also began pushing up through the fabric in the seat.The seller has been a nightmare during the return process. They have emailed me non-stop with questions and requests for photos. Since I had surgery, I cannot get on the floor to take the photos they requested. Instead of being understanding they informed me that could not proceed without this and wouldnât refund. Luckily, Amazon interceded and got them to accept a return. BUT the seller would not provide a return label or a pick up! Itâll cost more than $100 to ship this defective chair back to them. It has been a terrible and stressful experience. I wish Iâd spent $200 more and bought a chair from a seller with more ratings. Save yourself the headache. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

After about 2 weeks, it appears that the seat cushion is starting to collapse and has caused pain in my lower back.I would probably had sent it back if I didn’t already get rid of the shipping boxes,Update , 08/03/2023, Chair has continued to cause back issues and now the mechanism makes a loud squeak when operating up and down. Sadly, it appears that I am going to have to replace this chair, such a waste of $500+, it has now been over 6 weeks and the chair still squeaks and now I can feel massage or heat elements through the cushion and still causes back pain. I have not had a response from the manufacturer of the chair since original complaint a month ago.

Gift for dad at Christmas. All the features work well. Holding up great despite children and pets all over it. Comfortable, supportive but not too firm or soft. Grandpa loves it. Grandma wants one now too.

25 de junio de 2024i had the chair 30 days when the entire massager/heat pad stopped working.i spent over a grand to get this chair and when i asked for help they sent the wrong part then refused all together saying they didnt have to cus there isnt actually a manufacture warranty.i was 24hours late reporting it to the seller but come on no gaurentee at all that the product will work for no period of time at all.thats unacceptable.
