This chair arrived fast, very easy to assemble and follow instructions. Extremely comfortable, all features work as described. Was very convenient to have it delivered. We purchased this chair for my father, in a long-term care facility. It is perfect! It is not too big, not too small!

Everything about this chair is fantastic!! My dad loves the way it practically stands him up!! This is his new chair of choice. It wasn’t too difficult to put together. My sister and I assembled the chair in less than an hour.

My son helped me put this chair together. The massage part works but it has a stop time. It only lasts 5 to 10 minutes. I wish the chair raised just a little higher.

It works as described but I have some complaints. The seat is hard and unforgiving. Thereâs no head support so a pillow is a must in any position (Iâm 5â6 so not too tall). The heat is nice and the massage works. It does have 5 modes but theyâre all similar and to use just one area, it has to be a constant vibration with no variation. It isnât hard to assemble but the instructions are very unclear. I can tell I wonât be keeping the two I purchased very long, but for the price I donât feel ripped off.UPDATE: After a week of continuously being sat in, the chairs would not give at all. They were causing more pain than help, so I returned both. Donât waste your time on this chair. It is not worth it.

Padded arms aren’t attached, but zip on. Except they don’t. Neither zipper works. There’s Velcro, too, but they’re not exactly secure. Really poor quality.
